Ordering from TishTashToys is simple.

Use our shopping basket & pay securely via PayPal.

You don't even need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal anymore, just a credit/debit card.

We are also happy to accept cheque and postal order payments and will despatch your goods once your cheque has cleared. Please contact us at info@tishtashtoys.com
Our standard postage charge within the United Kingdom is £4.95

We send our toys all over the world and we will be happy to give you a quote based upon the weight of the item you require. Obviously - large items like the dolls houses or heavy wooden items will cost more to post internationally. Smaller pocket money toys, bath toys and rag dolls for example shouldn't be too much extra.

If you live outside the UK and have not requested a postage quote prior to ordering online - we will invoice you the extra postage charge automatically.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your toys within 7 working days. We will contact you soon after receiving your order to give you an expected delivery date. Occasionally, items may take up to 28 days.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days and receive a full refund. You are responsible for proof of posting and paying postage charges to return the goods.

If you find the item is damaged or faulty, you can return it within 14 days and we will also refund your postage.

We will refund your money or send you a replacement. Please email info@tishtashtoys.com before returning any goods whether unsitable for you or damaged/faulty.
