Apparently Brio AB has secured the finance it needs to put the company back on track.
The company says some restructuring will follow under a simplification of internal processes and re-focus on toys and nursery in key markets including the Scandinavian Countries, Germany and four other markets including the UK.
Brio’s operations will now be divided into two new business areas, Brio Toy and Brio Baby. The company is also looking to make cost savings of SEK 40 million through the co-ordination of internal resources, winding up of activities not related to core activities and by working in a new, more efficient organisation with more efficient supplies, lower tied-up capital and improved cash flow.
