1. As an agent for Tish Tash Toys‚ you must always aim to represent Tish Tash Toys in a professional‚ honest and responsible way. This includes dealings with the company‚ customers and other agents. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if we believe you have breached any of these terms and conditions.
2. All marketing and promotional literature must be approved and permission must be sought prior to advertising (including online advertising). 3. You will agree to not publish or post any material on the Internet or in any publication regarding the company without prior approval from Tish Tash Toys. 4. You are an independent agent‚ not an employee and will assume sole liability for all self-employment‚ income taxes etc. 5. You must not use a domain name (website) which could be confused with the Tish Tash Toys company name and you must apply for prior approval to set up a website related to Tish Tash Toys. 6. Tish Tash Toys may release any consultants name and telephone number in response to a query in their area (e.g. request to book a party). Contact us prior to signing this agreement if you do not wish us to do this. 7. Agents will incur the cost of any travel expenses‚ telephone/internet expenses related to working as an agent. This includes optional training courses and events. 8. All monies‚ credit card details and customer information is taken on behalf of Tish Tash Toys and cannot be used by an agent for any other purpose. 9. All customer details must be given to Tish Tash Toys although you can keep your own client address book. 10. Orders placed by an agent must come to the value of £70 or more. Requests for orders under this amount will be considered and we will charge the agent postage fees. 11. Tish Tash Toys items are only to be sold at the price set by the company and not sold for discount prices unless approved or advised by the company. 12. Tish Tash Toys products are not to be sold by agents on Ebay or any other website or auction/boot sale etc. 13. Tish Tash Toys may change retail prices‚ descriptions‚ discounts and commissions at any time. 14. We will make all commission payments direct to the agent once a month. 15. It is within your rights to return the demonstration (Party Pack) kit within 14 days and cancel this agreement. However‚ the goods must be unused and in perfect condition. 16. It is your responsibility as an agent to submit orders on a regular basis as delay in submitting orders will result in delay in delivery to you and subsequent delivery to the customer. 17. It is your responsibility as an agent to ensure that all information relating to an order is passed on to head office correctly. 18. The agent agrees that the decision to enter into this agreement has been taken on personal judgement and agrees that no inducement or promise‚ express or implied‚ has been made or relied upon in entering into this agreement. 19. We have advised you that it is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved. 20. Tish Tash Toys reserves the right to refuse an application. 22. Agents receive commission at the rate of 10% on all orders under £100. Commission is 15% on all orders placed which are between £100 and £200. The commission increases to 20% on orders above £200. Team Leaders can receive up to 25% commission. 23. The £99.99 Party Pack includes over £150 worth of toys. There is a selection of soft toys‚ wooden toy‚ games and gifts for all ages. It also includes ten catalogues and 50 order forms. 24. Catalogues are available to purchase at the cost of 90p each. Order forms are currently 8p each. Carrier bags are free and delivery costs not charged if the order is over £70. We do have regular offers on stationary at cheaper prices if you buy in bulk eg 100 catalogues for 50p in October 07.
